Hi!

I have SEi8V3-G-16512810W64PRO (BIOS: InsydeH20) and Ubuntu installed (removed Windows). Ubuntu driver: i915 kernel: 6.1.4-060104-generic

`xrandr` does not show the second HDMI. Output:

Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1920 x 1200, maximum 16384 x 16384
DP-1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
DP-2 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI-1 connected primary 1920x1200+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 597mm x 336mm

For some reason it does display DP-1 and DP-2 but I only have two HDMI ports.

Is this a BIOS issue ? If yes, which steps should I follow to enable the second HDMI ? Should I update my BIOS ?

If it is not a BIOS issue then is there a better driver for finding the second HDMI ?

Please help!

Hello there,

① Please update the Graphic driver. Uninstall current one and install the latest one.
② Plesae go to BIOS and send us a picture of the Main page.
③ Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (poke the  pinhole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

Please notice:

1. I booted with a Live Ubuntu 22.3 USB (new operating system) and still had the same problem (DP-1, DP-2, HDMI-1 but no HDMI-2)
2. The second monitor and HDMI cable work perfectly well on HDMI-1. So it is HDMI-2 not working.

For some reason my previous post was not posted.

I tried all the steps you proposed with no luck. I have attached the BIOS screenshot you requested.

As I mentioned above, I have the latest intel drivers and HDMI-2 does not work with a Live Linux distribution (new OS). The cable and monitor connected to HDMI-2 have been tested with HDMI-1 and work perfectly well.

Please advise about the next steps.
