7735HS USB-C problem

my external drive doesnt regconized by USB C ( C to C),

but it does when connected to other USB (A to C)
Win 11 Pro, bios 1.13

I did try running window update for drivers if any.

I feel like you are having the same issue I am having (see my post about transfer speed)
I am not getting any help from support on it

ACPI in bios was "OFF" by default, turn on once or leave it on, somehow it fixed the problem.
