Hi: I have only had the replacement SER5 5800 for a few weeks, and both the USB ports in the back of the pc suddenly stopped working. I plugged in (mouse and keyboard) to the front USB ports and they do work. Could this be a simple setting issue? Thanks.
Sorry for the trouble.
Please unplug all the USB devices and the power supply , press the CMOS pinhole with a pin for about 10 seconds . 10 minutes later, please plug it back, and then check if the back ports work.
