GTR6 change thermal grease

Hello I want to change the thermal grease of my GTR6 because it overheats and reboots, but i cant access the CPU.

I removed all the screws but the USB of the front doesnt let me remove the PC from the case.
It seems that I need to pull the upper lid but it seems jammed because of the fingerprint thing, and I'm afraid to break it if I pull hard.
Please I need help.

this does not seem to work on gtr6 please record a video, i cant separate the motherboard from the metal case

I have the same problem as OP as my GTR6 CORE TEMPs are rising rapidly.

The video only shows changing of thermal tape, but not changing thermal grease for CPU

Pls upload one that shows how to change CPU thermal grease becos I cannot remove the motherboard

Maybe it is not the problem about the thermal grease.
Please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC and  the BIOS version in the BIOS main page.
We will check if you need to update the BIOS.
