Existe atualizacao de BIOS para o SER5 Ryzen7 5800H ? O equipamento está com limitaçao de TDP no processador,

At rest it is more than 80 ºC (I attach photos), is it normal or is it defective?
Where do you look to see that the TDP is blocked?
Does the bios update improve the temperature?

The bios version I have is: 5800H501
