GK35 audio trouble when run netflix

Hi, i have this problem: when i open Netflix on the browser (Chrome), it sounds a couple of seconds, then mute the entire system (other browsers or applications). The sound is gone, until I restart de pc in order to get sound again. This happen every time i open Netflix or ramdomly when the system activate after suspend.
If someone have any idea of what is happening or have the same issue, i apreciate any clue for a good resolution.

Could you send a picture of SN on the bottom of the machine?

Hello,
Have you changed the sound output default,change it for HDMI output.
Perhaps your machine had default headphone output before.
