So I just received a new SER 5800U and want to upgrade the RAM and M.2...
I have removed the botton plate and all screws that are visible on the SSD (fan assembly) plate - but that plate won't come out.
It feels as if it is still affixed at the corner near the power jack and the corner near the power button.
Any advice would be welcome.
