SER5 5500u not 5560u

Is the ser5 5560u available in the UK? All the links I've found specify the processor is the 5500u, not the 5560u. I only want to purchase the 5560u. Is that possible somewhere? Or has the processor been downgraded to the 5500u?

I think a lot of motherboard with 5560u had problem and maybe bee-link stopped production of them?
