Hi all, I just won an open box SER5 at auction and am finding it's not powering on at all. The light is on on the power adapter and is not flickering, but I have seen suggestions that the power supply might be bad. I have tried the CMOS reset, tried messing with the RAM, tried a different power cable (the one that goes into the outlet), but I would like to try another power adapter before I just return it/get it refunded.
Can someone tell me the exact kind you have used/received as a replacement to the "Huntkey" power supply that came with my device? The exact model is "ser5-e-16512ej0w64pro-d13"
I have found another post that mentions the "TDX-1903000U" adapter specifically but am wondering if I can get a different one faster than the shipping speeds I'm seeing on Amazon
