I bought ser5 1 month ago and it worked fine. Today it installed windows updates directly and after restarted, it asked me to type in my password,then log in and stuck on the wallpaper, it keeps blinking /refreshing wall paper FOREVER. I can start task manager. That's it.
It is 32gb ram. I cannot find a way to boot it into safe mode. No idea about what happened.
Please help.
