Hi I purchased a U59 Pro back in August 2022.

Recently it is not booting it goes to the boot screen attempting a PXE boot. If I remove the PXE boot option from the BIOS it enters the BIOS on boot. Here are some of the things I have tried.

Plug it out for an hour and retry.
Reset the CMOS with the small button held down for 30 seconds.
Took out the RAM and SSD and reseated.
Disconnect the CMOS battery for an hour.
Tried booting from a bootable USB. I tried all USB ports.

With all my he attempts above neither the disk or the usb are recognised as a boot device. I tried all options both with and without a usb.

Does anyone have any more ideas on what I can try. Beelink support if you could give some advice that would be great.

I don't have an additional HDD attached.

Thanks!

Mine failed pretty much the same way and they won't even bother approving my forum post.. I see nothing on my screen and tried pretty much the same things you did :)

Beelink support have told me via email that the ssd is faulty, waiting on a replacement to arrive.
