I bought a mini s last month and liked it so much I bought a new one a few days ago.
However, there was a slight mistake during the installation process of the new product, so it had to be formatted, and an additional problem occurred that Windows 11 license authentication did not automatically occur after formatting.
When formatting an existing product, authentication is performed automatically, so it is a mistake not to make a separate backup...
I have sent a support email but haven't received a reply, is there any way to fix it?
