SEi11 will not resume from sleep

I have just purchased a SEi11 and I am having an issue with sleep mode.  The keyboards or mouse will not wake the computer up, I have to hit the power button.

Hibernation mode is disabled and both the keyboard and mouse are checked off to allow the device to resume from sleep in the device manager. Is there a BIOS setting to correct this?   Everything in Windows is set correctly, in my experience this is almost always a driver issue.


Update:  I solved this. For whatever reason when the keyboard and mouse USB dongles are plugged into the front USB3 ports they will not wake the computer. I plugged them into the rear USB2 ports and they now wake the computer from sleep normally.
