Hi there

I very recently took the advice given here and emailed Beelink Support about getting hold of the latest BIOS...but it has been a couple of working days and I have not heard back from them yet. Is this normal? When checking other posts related to contacting Support re. this I see that they seem to respond quite quickly.

Any advice as to how to get this sorted out @Support-03 ?

It takes 5-7 days for reply. They ask for bios/sn screenshots. Plus 5-7 days to receive link.

Took me two days and just two emails to receive the bios, due to the time difference.

Shame that the support is not better. Not sure why it should take so long given the nature of the request. Perhaps they are short staffed or are running their support organisation on a shoestring budget.

I will have to be patient...LOL
