SEI11 freezes after memory upgrade

Hello, all.

I have upgraded RAM on my SEI11 - installed 2x16GB SO-DIMM ADATA Premier 16GB DDR4-3200(AD4S320016G22-SGN) RAM instead of 16 GB Crucial.

But with the new memory mini-PC have started to freeze regularly in Windows 10, the picture freezes, the PC does not respond to the keyboard and mouse, and i can turn it off only by pressing the power button for more than 5 seconds.

I have an idea to manually lower the memory frequency in BIOS, but the BIOS in this model is pure hell, there are a huge number of options, among which I could not find the one I needed.

Any ideas?

Also - may be BIOS firmware upgrade can help?

Try checking the RAM with Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool - MdSched or with Memtest64
