I sent this to service, but haven't heard back. My GTR6 arrived and I am not able to even get the unit to post. I have not opened up the box since it's brand new, but I'm getting a little concerned to not have heard back from beelink support. I have tried reset, the unit receives power. I have tried different cables and different HDMI ports on the unit. I'm certain the monitor works. Any thing that I have missed?
