My new GTR5 freezes and stutters....TPM problem ?

For me it is very annoying, I am moving and working with large files and everything freezes.
From Beelink they should give a solution to the problem. I am very displeased with the product. It is not cheap for it to be causing problems.

Please can you help us, @Support-03?
I have contacted by email as indicated, with the serial number and the Bios (I have attached the image as requested) and I have not received a response with the "new" Bios 1.24

Hello,
I have installed the new Bios and it is almost worse than before. The freezes are constant.

Please can you give me a solution? @Support-03?

Other people comment that reinstalling windows 11 is NOT the solution, since it keeps happening.
Spending €1,000 on a product that turns out to be defective (and it's not an isolated case) and you don't offer a solution says very little about the company. I am very unhappy with Beelink. And I think I'm not the only one. Obviously, to this day, I cannot speak well of Beelink or recommend it, quite the opposite.

Well, it seems there is no solution. I will not buy any more products from them and I will recommend against buying them.

Bad technical support, bad response time. And they offer no solution. The last one is that they have sent me an email saying that the product is not under warranty and that I should send it to China, which is not very feasible (And I am also paying the shipping costs). And who have no product to replace.

5 months ago I started the thread with the problem and I also contacted support. The product was under warranty... and they have extended it until it is no longer.

What a waste of time and money. How I regret buying this computer. I thought it was a good product and it turned out to be crap.

You can send GTR5900 back to us for a better replacement GTR6900.
