Hi,

Just got two of these PCs on Amazon, and one of them worked great. The other not so much. Here is what I have done.

I connected hdmi to monitor, network cable, keyboard and mouse. Connected power, powered it on. Instead of dropping in to the out of box experience setup it dropped me on to the win11 desktop with a message box asking if I wanted to run the oobe. Since this is usually a normal part of the setup for a brand new pc I selected, yes. I made it through setting up language and time and just after it hit the checking for updates screen the screen went black.

I gave it an hour or two just in case, then tried power cycling. After powering up there was no boot screen, always black. Next I tried resetting the bios via the clr cmos button (held for 10 seconds with no power or cables connected). Reconnecting the power cord lit the power button for a short duration and then went out. I manually clicked the button after this . This allowed me to reach bios prompt via the [esc] button and enter the bios settings. Everything appeared to be set up properly and it was pointed to uefi windows for primary boot. I increased the prompt time from 1 to 5 and selected save settings and reset bios. Again the result was a black screen. I gave it a fair amount of time and there was no change. I power cycled once more only to receive a black screen again. Next I repeated the steps to clear the cmos and this time clicked F7 to get to the boot screen.

I am thinking I need a replacement, but not sure. I am still within my return window on Amazon but figured I would check here first.

Hello,
Pls contact our email.
Pls also send your purchase record and SN code.

1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

2.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

3.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components. Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.

Also please clean the gold finger with a rubber. Here is the tutorial  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk

If it still doesn’t work, please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS, please check you can see SSD there.
