Windows 11 missing most Apps

I just purchased a Series Mini PC AMD Ryzen 5 5600H. It came with Windows 11 preinstalled BUT the Windows does not have Apps for the standard Calculator, Paint, Snipping tools and worst yet Microsoft Store. Going to Store I CANNOT download any of the Apps because it is blocked. I got this PC for business and without the standard Windows Apps the PC is effectively useless to me. I sent an email to http://forum.bee-link.com/ but have heard nothing back.

I've scoured the internet and tried dozens of things to resolve this but so far nothing has worked.



Is there someway to got Windows on this machine to access the MS Store Apps, download the Apps from elsewhere, install a new version of Windows, do a repair or should I just return the PC?

It really sounds to me like they send you a used computer return that someone has installed Windows 11 IOT (Internet of things) edition on. That is totally uncool. There is no other reason I can think of because the Windows 11 they ship is fully loaded and really does not function correctly. If a Tech makes a bad system image and copies it to 100 machines - you have 100 defective machines. I wouldn't take any chances - you should return the machine. If a computer does not work correctly when it comes from the manufacturer then you've got a lemon.
