SEi8 8279 Fan turning on and off

Hello.
I have recently purchased Beelink SEi8. There is something strange going on with the fan. It keeps turning on and off every 30 seconds or so no matter the CPU load or temperature. BIOS thermal settings seem to have no effect at all on fan operation. Is there any way to make the fan work properly? (with steady operation mode)

I have seen in support section that my model of SE have BIOS update and sent email to support, but didn't receive any reply.  Anyone figured out how to get the fan working properly or how to get BIOS update?

Thank you. Received it. I'm using Linux so hopefully I will be able to install it in Ubuntu as well.
