issues with xbox controller

hi everyone,
i just buy one of this box; gtking pro; and also buy sdcard with emulator and games,i'm wondering if it's normal to restart the box to start on the sdcard (is there another way?) and i have another issue, when i start on the sdcard my xbox controller is no longer recognised ,so i can do nothing and i have to take off the sdcard and the cable power to come back at normal, did you already have this?

hi , my model has no sdcard, i presume a micro sdcard is the same??
