SEi12 i5-1235U - How to Enable Quick Sync?

Hello. Could you please provide me with information on how to enable Quick Sync on my SEI12 i5-1235U? Running CPU-Z is not showing me its enabled and I dont know if I need to enable any additional options in the BIOS. I have looked but see nothing related to it. I don't believe its working as any of the applications that utilize Quick Sync are not working when its enabled.
