Hi there,
I have a huge problem with my SER 5 PRO 5600H 32 with 500Go of storage.
I bought it on amazon France 2 months ago and first it felt weird, the packaging was so thin that i was so surprised the computer will have no problems, secondly i noticed red dots on the computer (like if someone used it while eating ketchup) and the power button is weirdly set like 15% inclinaison mistake.
I was happy to use it until the computer freezed and i can do nothing else than turn off the computer and turn on again. It was such an annoying thing but the computer reset under 20 seconds.
But then it happens every 4/5 days so i started to be really worried. Until today when the computer freezed and the blue screen appear. So now i can use the computer only 3 minutes before BSOD.
I would like to send it back and get reimburse but it's such a pain to find who to send it to or what to do, i contacted amazon support but i'm still confused about what can i do to play my 2 years warranty.
