This company has one goal - get the money. Once they have your cash they never want to hear from you again. You will never get support. They pretend they cannot understand English so they can pretend they are trying to help you (for a few seconds) when they are actually not helping anyone at all. These computers are disposable, defective garbage with ZERO support.

This is so concerning to read.. as I'm currently having issues with a brand new device and can't seem to get a proper answer/help. How would I go about using the warranty? Any ideas?

The CPU / APU's used are awesome. The little cases are pretty neat. The motherboards blow monkey chunks.

Depends what the issue is?

Don't take too much of this negativity onboard, I've been running a GTR6 for over a month now, no real issues, just a few niggles still.

It is disappointing to see the lack of attention by staff on here, as they need to get on top of aftersales support or their reputation will be damaged.

Posts never get approved, never. I made posts and replies here and there since September, if there is a URL link in it, it goes to moderation, but it looks like the forum admin never reads his mailbox, there's certainly hundreds of posts waiting for moderation.

Redo your post and don't use URL ?
