What is a good recommendation of M.2 NVMe SSD that I can install in the 2nd slot of Beelink GTR6 6900HX 8K Mini PC?

None of the mentioned will fit the SATA slot. You need a non-NVMe drive. If it mentions speeds over well over 520MB/s - this is not the one.
Good example would be old good (and more and harder to get) Samsung 860 EVO.

All the above mentioned drives marked as SATA should work.
In case of shopping in Aliexpress you have to be double careful as often you can fin counterfeits and badly hacked drives that are just pretending to be of the size you are ordering, especially if the price is significantly lower than expected.
The above offer for Evo 860 looks legit but I still prefer to buy it in a well established shop.
