Linux Distributions for Mini S

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good/compatible LINUX distribution for the BeeLink Mini-S?

I'm using Linux Mint with no problems on my Mini S12 (N95, 16g, 500g) machine. In fact I'm using it to make this comment. I didn't need to install any special drivers. I think most or all of the hardware is supported by the kernal.
