Tutorial for Transfering Old Computer Hard Drive to New Bee-Link

Is there a tutorial for transferring the data or creating an image of my old computer hard drive, then installing it on my new Bee-Link?  Ideally, after that, I'd like to obtain my new copy of Windows 11 from Bee-Link (if I knew how to get it) and install it on the Bee-Link, upgrading the operating system from Win 10 to Win 11.

I appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction.
