Wich wifi 6 card is compatible with SER3-3750H ?

Hello i purchased a SER3-3750H windows 11

1) its possible to get old bios where is possible to set power valuse set to increase AMD speed processor   (i think it's a bios of 2019 )
Actual Bios this setting disappeared

2) Wich "wifi 6" network card i have to purchase to be sure it is  compatible with this MINIPC SER-3750H Windows 11 ?
Wich network card you install on other MINIPC similiar with AMD processors ?
Its better to use a WIFI old network card ?

WIFI 5 card original card doesnt work with drivers resinstall too im using an external tplink wificard
To give back pc by you is expensive and i think it dont solve problem
