USB Port Stopped Working SER5

Front USB port worked initially when I used a dongle for the Wi-Fi keyboard and mouse. Then it stopped working, tried another device and nothing.
Any suggestions on why the port would stop working?

Could you send us a picture of SN at the bottom of the machine?
You can try to update the driver.
