WiFI 6e not working

I can connect to 6 GHz wifi, but it shows the wrong data rate and won't connect to the internet.
Other WiFi bands (2.5, 5) work OK.
6e works on my other 2 devices, so not my network's fault .

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the purchase record  ?

I figured out that the wifi adapter only supports 80 MHz channels on 6 Ghz not 160 MHz.  If I change the router to limit to 80 MHz, it works.
