Im struggling to get dts5.1 working om my gt1. Mx player says dts not supported and kodi sends in pcm2.0. I works when i connect my hdd to my usb port on the tv using ARC, but i takes 3-5minutes to open the big files and stutters when the file is bigger than 16gb. On my gt1it opens within 5 seconds. Any suggestions?

I connected an optical cable and now i get 5.1 sound through kodi(still not working in mx). My problem now is the image has started lagging a little bit

for me... when i select 2.1 it does not even open the video. Kodi crushes...

The only thing I change from the default audio settings is the following;

Under System > System settings > Audio

Under the ' Audio Passthrough ' section

Enable 'Allow passthrough'

Enable ' - Dolby Digital (AC3) transcoding
