Help with new BIOS installation

The support team has sent a video (surprisingly without spoken instructions) to install BIOS (downloaded from a rar)


When pressing 1s in the PowerShell admin area, after following the instructions, I get the following error:

1s : The term '1s' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file or executable program.
Check if you typed the name correctly or, if you included a path, check that the path is correct and
try again.

So I am basically stuck. Can someone help please?
