Sounds like the thermal tape between processor and heat sink/case is not set correctly. Unfortunately, the internal fans can not be monitored by the OS on most of the BeeLink models because they do not support it, so most applications that read the BIOS/uEFI fan state fail on BeeLink mini PCs. This lack of fan monitor/control is the #1 issue I have with BeeLink devices. Are the fan(s) spinning all the time? On my GT-7 the fans kick in at about 71-72 C, which is about right, even a bit sooner would be of benefit, actually. I wish I could adjust this, but just not possible with the GT-7 design, and many other devices by BeeLink. |
