SER3 3750H very slow usb files pen copy

I am experiencing the following problem, when copying files to usb drive the process is very slow and some times the process just seems freezed.

I have tried front usb, rear usb ports, diferent usb pens and always the same result.

I am using Ubuntu Linux ver. 22.04.01.

Anyone with the same problem or solution?

Is Ubuntu the only operating system on your machine?
If not, do you get slow transfer to USB on Ubuntu 20.04.x but fast on Windows 10/11 (dual boot)?!?

On Ubuntu, is file /etc/rc.local present?
What are the values of vm.dirty_bytes, and vm.dirty_background_bytes?

Only Ubuntu installed, no window$ territory here :)
No /etc/rc.local present.

After some tests and using a 3.0 pen, it's much faster, not perfect but much better than before.
