We have a 3 month old U59.  After the user had their home internet go out temporarily, it would not reconnect and when the system was rebooted it would not go past the Beelink screen and F7/Del don't do anything.  I removed and reseated the M.2 drive and cleared the CMOS.  I don't have access to another SSD right now.  The FAQ instructions don't make a lot of sense and I don't have much time to mess with it in a corporate environment.  If this almost always means the SSD has failed, I can move on from it.  However, if someone has come across a relatively minor fix for this it would be a big help.

Can you access the BIOS (by pressing <DEL> repeatedly right after you power on the machine?)  if yes, you should find out if the mini PC sees the m.2 2280 NVMe drive or not. If you can't see any drive then something is probably wrong with the disk and/or operating system. Can you boot from a flash drive by hitting <F7> (repeatedly)?!?

The PC does not respond to <DEL> or <F7> (wired USB keyboard attached).  If does not respond to <F7> with bootable flash media attached.
