On-screen Buttons missing

As shown in the Quick Start Guide, Basic Operations/p. 4, there should be on-screen buttons, my box doesn't show them at all. Known Issue?

I have the same problem. What do you mean by "new installation"? I'm not an expert ... I don't understand how to reinstall/reset the Android OS of the V BOX. Could you explain it?

Same here. no navigation bar at the bottom of the screen and I didn't find any setting to activate it.
