When you boot your PC, do you get a CMOS Checksum Bad – Date Time Not Set error?
Without any "error message(s)" I would first try this;
From the Windows 11 Win-X Menu, open Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time
Here you have to ensure that Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically are 'On'.
See if this works for you. If it does not help, change Set time automatically to 'Off' and then click on the Change button to set the time manually.
If it still doesn't work then go ahead with CMOS battery replacement.
I hope it helps,
