I have an SEI10 1035G4 that has a Crucial 8GB DDR4-3200 Ram chip installed, with 32GB being supported.
I purchased a Corsair Vengance 32GB Dual Channel channel kit (2x16GB) but my PC will not recognize the Ram modules.

It will not even allow me to access BIOS when installed as either a single 16GB module or both 2x16GB modules.
Do I need a Firmware update to work with this configuration, or is there something else I need to try?
(The memory modules work fine in i5-8th gen notebook when I checked, so they are not defective)
