Updating always fails

Hi guys,

Love the little box, seems to work ok but noticed that the Kodi software keeps quiting so thought the update might work but when I select update it will download 47mb, restart and then give me a dead android robot icon.

I saw that you have the online backup but that the instructions are vague. Example, I have the S912 model which I understand I need the 9377 firmware for but upon downloading that from the MEGA slow download link I find GT1_102M0, GT1_103M0 and GT1_104M0, which one is it?

Not having any wifi issues as others reported and the box stays nice and cool.

Hello,

It's different version firmware, and the latest firmware is 106, you can update by following:

take out all USB & SD drives before making the online firmware update. I had the same error untill I took the USB drive out.
