memory issue 3750

okay so this is my first Bee-Link product, seems like a good little system.
the issue i am having is when i read the specs for memory it was saying 3200, so i bought Corsair 2x16gb 3200, did not boot with that.
check the speck on the Bee-Link site and they say 2400, so i returned the 3200 and bought Cosair 2400, will not boot with that either, even after poking the CMOS button.
so my question is what memory brand is supported, do i need to flash the BIOS, where do i get it, and finallywhat is the Max amount, one site says 64, ons says 32.
please advise, before i return it.

You can buy the RAM with DDR4 2400MHz, you can upgrade it up to 32 GB in total.
For the brand, you can buy Kingston, Crucial and Samsung.
