GTR5900HX Windows 11 Blue screen

Hi I just received the very beautiful and looks very high quality build finish -GTR5 500GB with 32GB RAM yesterday.


I'm having trouble getting the system to complete the FIRST time powering up Windows setup itself.

The system keep have blue screeen randomly during the initial first time run. Try repair / recover and
still give this error while repairing finally manage to get the system to arrive at the windows 11 desktop.

Did the windows update and then having the blue screen again when the system prompt restart.

More repair/recover now eneded up upon powering up receive this message

>> Media Present ......
>> Start PXE over IPv4 on MAC: 70-70 .....

and the system just hang there.

Hope to get answer to solve this.

Hi ... try reinstalling Windows 11 pro using the installation files created by media creation tool from microsoft website. I did a clean install and was able to complete the installation without any problems.

Connect to the internet using the ethernet cable and able to complete ALL windows updates and running without any blue screen or crashing. The blue screen problem comes back when I updated the WiFi card driver from bee-link support site !!! so I assume MUST be this driver causing the blue screen problems ... now I'm waiting/hoping for a fix for this WiFi card (Mediatek MT7921) driver.

There is still two devices still not loading because of driver not found I just leave it for the moment as long as I CAN use my mini PC now !

I have try using the windows 11 installation files downloaded from bee-link support site still endless blue screen loop I think their version include the WiFi card driver or other drivers that may be causing this blue screen.

I have been using my PC a few days already with any problems.

Opps typo ... I have been using the pc and installing most of my programs on it WITHOUT any problems or blue screen... Cheers

I also did not encounter any of the problems of the blue screen with my personal computer, which is 7 years old, and after seven days with this device, the blue screen came out to me?!

I have tested the Beelink solution and it works fine.

1) https://www.bee-link.com/cms/support/driverhardware?product_id=42

2) On this page, Download the Windows 11 Pro image;
"Windows 11 PRO System of GTR5 5900HX, Windows 11 PRO System of GTR5 5900HX, System, 2022-05-10"

3) Also get the file "Reinstall System Tutorial, Available for Windows 10 and Windows 11, System, 2022-05-31"

4) Follow this "tutorial" and all should go well.
...backup whatever you may want to keep on first drive as the installer will flush everything on first drive.

Hi my system keep having endless crash loop if I use the windows 11 beelink disk image. So far with the microsoft disk image of windows 11 it is very stable. BUT when I update my system wifi driver provided by beelink the system BLUE screen again imediately! Is your wifi card by Intel or mediatek ?? I'm now using ethernet connection.

Oh I'm using the driver version that "may" help windows blue screen crash ...
