Our GK55 did the bluescreen with unhappy face restart thing yesterday about 10 times, and now today will not boot up. it reaches the black screen with the beelink logo and the swirling dots but is stuck there. does not respond to -esc- or -del- or F7 keys.
any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
