Hi there,

bit of a problem with the AMD drivers.
In device manager of windows 10 with display adaptor there is a code 31 on the AMD driver.
I tried almost anything: latest drivers from AMD, the drivers which are here on the Beelink website etc etc
Always the same thing: Code 31 and "Cannot load the drivers"

Could be a "OEM" thing...

Anyone else has or had the same problem and has a solution to this problem?
I can't use my mini-pc because it keeps crashing or won't even restart and I get a blue screen.

Please... HELP!!

Thanks!

1.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components, maybe it is loose.
Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly. Also please clean the gold finger with a rubber. Here is the tutorial  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk
If it still doesn’t work, please try to replace SSD and RAM or put the SSD or RAM to other devices to test if they work.
2. Please try to press ctrl+shift+win+B to fresh your graphics and sound driver.
3. Please try to re-install the system. Please download the system file below and and follow the instructions to install the system. Here is the system file https://mega.nz/file/GqwXTAyK#_d ... GQ2602nKRNQG-jwBz8. Here is the tutorial https://beelink.oss-cn-hongkong. ... ystem%20Tutoria.pdf
4. Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds. A few minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

I tried to do a fresh install with the Beelink provided system file. Exactly how it's indicated in the tutorial.
It starts well, but after the last step, the PC doesn't boot: screen black as if it's not connected to the PC and the PC still on and I hear the fan spin lightly. Screen says: no signal.
I will leave it like this for a while but nothing happens.

So now I have a PC that doesn't boot... can't even do a "safe mode" start.

The hardware isn't an issue: I checked the health of RAM and the SSD works fine.
I cleaned the SSD and RAM and put them back in... same issue.
I even did the CLR CMOS with a pin, no luck

I did all of this before and in the end I tried to just install a basic version of windows downloaded from the Microsoft website... that worked with no drivers installed. At the moment I installed all the drivers, provided by Beelink on the website and specific drivers for the SER4... it started to act, crash and no boot.

Hi there,

* changed SSD for a HD
* changed 2 RAM units for 1 in different slots
No luck

Finally I tried to install the Linux Ubuntu version of your website.
Without the graphic drivers and updates... went smooth.

As soon as I installed updates and drivers:

Ok, so no real solutions then...
I'm still within the manufacturers warranty period, so I would like to return this device and receive a replacement.
I already sent an e-mail about this, I hope for a reaction and solution soon.

Thanks!
