Hello, am not sure how to do that. I assume you are talking about the "Event Log" which is a  .evtx file  It does not appear to be supported.

I have the exact same issue listed above. Anyone know the solution? Or perhaps it's a defective hardware issue?

For anyone looking at this thread I could not resolve this issue myself. I believe it to be a hardware problem so I'm initiating a refund or exchange.
