Ser 3200U mini pc shuts down when usb external drive is plugged

Hello

I just bought a SER 3200U 8+256, Serial Number D32002GG90259

Sometimes when i plug in an external HDD drive through a usb port, the PC shuts down and I can't turn it on again.

If I unplug the power cable and the usb external drive, it turns on again.

I would like to know if it's possibile to solve the issue or if i need to return it.

I have the same issue. Did you ever get this resolved? Could this be an issue with the model? I have the same 3200U SER model and plugging in certain devices seems to cause this problem.
