Computer Keeps Shutting Off

i opened the box and then removed the red power rubber button
just use a screwdriver to push out the rubber
and its ok now.

I guess when the machine is too hot the rubber expand

I have a SEI11 Pro that I have had for only a few weeks. I'm running Proxmox on it and have had no issues up until the other day. The PC seems to be randomly shutting off. It doesn't feel hot to the touch and hasn't been dropped or anything like that.

Wondering if the power button mod is necessary here? Otherwise, I'm not sure how to test the unit.

Please do the troubleshoot :
① Please check if your graphic driver is the latest one.
② Please update the newer version of Proxmox.
③Please try another power supply.

I purchased the mini S during March 2023 and now I'm having similar issue too after the Win11 update recently.
Does Beelink replace the power adapter for you? or you purchase a new one by yourself?

I have the same issue. started randomly one day and now it does it instantly or every few hours. proxmox is fully to date.

Exact same thing happening here over the last month, thought it might have been overheating, so got a fan to blow on it(even though it never felt hot, would just shut off randomly). Now it won't turn back on at all. Seems there were some quality control issues with the T4.

I've been having this same problem.
I take my GTR Pro between home and the office, and I have at work a no-name AC Adapter that I used to use with a Lenovo Yoga.
When I launch a particularly heavy program, the machine abruptly turns off. I think the Adapter is a bit dodgy, but with the Yoga this was masked by the laptop battery.

Maybe I should stick a USB battery between the charger and the GTR, as a little UPS.
