U57 powers down when connected with Remote Desktop

Have used Bee-Link U55 through remote desktop for about a year with no problem. The U55 failed, and is being sent back for repairs.
I have a U57 as a backup computer.
When I connect to my U57 Bee-Link using Microsoft Remote Desktop, I see the U57 screen briefly, and all seems normal,
but the U57 immeditely powers down. The Remote Desktop session, of course, ends. Happens 95% of attempts.

I have tried all settings on Remote Desktop I can think of, but none work.


Any suggestions?
