Cannot re-install Windows on U59

I received this with windows but then installed linux. But now I would like to re-install windows 10. I downloaded and create a USB stick - it boots but after the Install Now page it complains that it is missing a media driver. Where can I get the missing driver? Many thanks.

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC ?
We can send you the driver to update.
