GTR4 - random green screen of death freeze

I've had this Ryzen 9 4900H for 2 weeks and it has totally frozen on me 3 times with the green screen of death. I haven't been gaming on it and just doing basic web browsing with no obvious pattern as to why. All the drivers at current and up to date. Has anyone else had this issue?

beastman, did you use a utility like IOBit Driver Booster to verify that all your drivers are up to do? There is a free version, just be careful on the install, there is a VPN and a Screen Recorder that may want to come along for the ride. I found 6 drivers on my mini that needed update that weren't obvious from first checks.

Yes thanks, I did use IOBit. The extra annoying thing is that the Green Screen was totally blank with no indication as to the fault whereas most of these appear to give some sort of stopcode or fault indication making it harder to work out what the issue could be.

You can try it by pressing CTRL + Shift + Win +B to refresh the graphics driver at the same time.
