SER 37750 + DUAL SAMSUNG C27F398FWR help

Dear all,

I´ve bougth this SER mini pc last week and add to that one 2 curved 27´ samsung screen plugged to hdm1 & 2, win 11 has it comes with.

However, every time the pc goes to sleep the screes wont start hiting a key or moving the mouse. I´m clueless whats happening here.

I´ll highly appreciate your help.
